Ten housekeepers organized their car pool to work in Luxembourg. A bus company assigns them for "unfair competition".
Ten housekeepers who organize a carpooling system to go five days a week from their home in the Moselle to their place of work, in the buildings that house the European institutions in Luxembourg. Either a French public transport company that operates a line on the same route. If the world went round, we would see two relevant examples of the fight against the saturation of the Metz-Luxembourg road. One could even applaud some small but salutary initiatives in the fight against the greenhouse effect (194 micrograms of ozone by m3 of air measured in Thionville the 28 June, and 195 five days earlier, the threshold of information of the populations is set at 180 micrograms / m3). But the world is not going well.
The proof ? The transport company accuses the ten housekeepers of "unfair competition" and assigns them to the tribunal de grande instance (TGI) of Briey (Meurthe-et-Moselle).
