The seasons are no longer on time

Due to global warming, the start of the seasons has shifted by almost a week.

A study coordinated by the Technical University of Munich has just shown that spring in Europe begins 6 to 8 days earlier than 30 years ago. To carry out this study, which is today the most important in the world on the subject, scientists observed 550 species of wild and cultivated plants in 17 European countries. The researchers' goal was to correlate temperature with the appearance of flowers, fruits, and leaf color changes.

Even if they did not expect such a lag, scientists have just highlighted a new consequence of global warming.
