Econological a pc?

The famous MIT has developed a project to manufacture a complete PC for less than $ 100 intended for developing countries. The interesting and econological option is the possibility of recharging it thanks to an integrated dynamo.

Indeed, I quote: “This mysterious laptop PC incorporates an AMD processor clocked at 500 MHz, 1 GB Flash memory, a WiFi module, USB ports and… a crank to generate electricity with elbow grease! (…) This project has already received support from AMD, BrightStar, News Corps and Red Hat Linux (which will certainly provide the operating system). Certain figures on the international scene, such as the UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan, have already shown their enthusiasm for these inexpensive computers. "
