Creation of a French family foundation.

Gérard Brémond, CEO of the Pierre & Vacances Group, his wife, and their children, create the Ensemble Foundation, recognized as being of public utility, by decree dated December 14, 2004.

The resources of the Foundation will be allocated to solidarity actions, carried out in partnership in France and around the world, and always taking into account the protection of the environment.

Projects will contribute to the sustainable improvement of the living conditions of disadvantaged populations, the preservation of natural resources, training and environmental education, for sustainable development.

The areas of intervention supported are water, liquid and solid sanitation, renewable energies, health, sustainable agriculture, housing and biodiversity.
