A few years ago I went to work in Miami (Florida). Right in front of the hotel, there was a sort of "park", practically only lawn on x hectares, free of access but totally deserted, watered heavily 24 hours a day to maintain the lawn, on an area ... as far as the eye can see. . In 8 days I saw only one person "enjoying" the park, it was a French colleague who was jogging ....
