Whatever it does not take away the interest of the hydromotor! Let's close the parenthesis.

So, when are you doing a photo report? : Cheesy:

That looks nice,

indeed, it reminds a little of the hydraulic ram, but it is different.

hydromotor

by oli 80 » 27/11/09, 20:14

good evening, hey it might interest jcv and petitpetit, just like me they like pumps and other hydraulic machines, here is a similar system https://www.econologie.com/forums/le-balanci ... t7112.html

and here is a video of a model in operation
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deRVtvWw ... re=related

et http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZg0UZxt ... re=related

the hydromotor looks a lot like the seadog pump

with the seadog pump these are the waves that make the float go up and down as here http://news.cnet.com/8301-11128_3-9952575-54.html

air bell at the piston pump outlet

by oli 80 » 28/11/09, 17:31

hello, the piston pump which is mounted on the hydromotor, can mount water to 40 m that okay, but in general the piston pumps to raise the water to great heights have a bell air or discharge tank, some manual pumps also

I do not see what that changes, if not to bring more "comfort"

piston pump

by oli 80 » 29/11/09, 20:50

good evening, I had just spoken about that because most of the piston pumps which raise water to great heights, are equipped with air bell, but the hydromotor can also have a great utility in countries in developing

like something curious, on TV in reports abroad, I have never seen a hydraulic ram project or this kind of pump in humanitarian projects, it would be interesting to let the general public know that this kind devices exist

I also did research on the Monteau pump, but there is nothing on it, we are impatiently awaiting the photo report of elephant

hydromotor

by oli 80 » 05/12/09, 21:51

good evening, I saw the video and the principle of operation, but I doubt that the hydromotor can actuate a saw of alternative type which is logical, a compressor in a pinch, as it is explained here http://www.hydromoteur.com/index.htm

for the saw without wanting to be mean, by hand we saw faster than with a reciprocating saw powered by the hydromotor, given the speed at which the float goes up and down, there is also the power

in fact what i meant is that the applications of the hydromotor are quite limited, but that doesn’t take away the interest of this system, all devices have advantages and disadvantages
