A presscontrol well pump for 2 uses ?!

Hello,
My neighbor on the ground floor has a 10 meter well with 1 m of water at the bottom and

we would like to put a pump with a hose, on this one a

tee-off with a presscontrol supplied by its switchboard and the

pipe continues to go up to the 1st home with a pipe at the end

other presscontrol.

Do you think this is possible for the electric part yes I am in the business, but for pumping I need your lights.

The presscontrol controls the switching on of the pump in the event of a pressure drop (i.e. opening of a valve on the circuit).

1 pump (common)
1 presscontrol (common)
1 tee
2 taps (each its own)
