- SYNOPSIS

▶ ️ Are you ready for the next major disaster? What if the collective management, State and Citizen, of our civil security was the best way to make society together?
▶ ️ It all starts with a question: when the next major disaster strikes on our territory, who will you count on to manage it, to ensure your survival, to meet your basic needs? The citizen is theoretically supposed to be the first actor of his civil security, however, this question is a blind spot of our time and of the public debate. As soon as we pose the problem like this, two angles of attack emerge: is our State up to the task of managing major disasters on the one hand, and is the citizen aware of his role in security? civil service of his state?
