Hello everybody
I have just moved into a house which is heated by an okofen pellematic 32kw boiler.
The previous owner used the thermostatic heads to regulate the room temperature.
But as I have read on a lot of subject, you have to adjust the boiler by opening the RT fully.
What I did, despite the adjustments at the base of the curve and the slope, I always find myself above 24/25 degrees at home for a set point of 19 °.
Suffice to say that it is the bahamas at home !!
the time slots are already defined: 6 am / 22 pm comfort 19 ° and the rest of the time reduced to 17 °
The reduction limit is at 5 °
Yesterday at 22:40 p.m. (reduced mode 17 ° and limit 5 °, it was 10 ° outside) hot water was still sent to the circuit and the boiler was running at full speed.
I admit that I am circumspect, either there is a problem with the programmer or then I do not understand anything about the operation of this boiler.
I would love some help from you
thank you to all
Have a good day

Re: ökofen pellematic 32kw (overheating) adjustment
Hi and welcome here!
There are quite a few ökofen owners here ... but I am not.
Just a general suggestion then:
If you lower 19 ° C for a long time, what happens?
How much can you drop? 5 ° C?
Set 12 ° C to the basic setpoint and watch what happens.
Do you have an outside sensor I presume?

Re: ökofen pellematic 32kw (overheating) adjustment
yes I have an external sound which seems to indicate the right temperature
concerning the setpoint, I haven't touched it for the moment, I focused on the foot of the curve and the slope as seen on different subject.
but the fact that the regulation sends hot water while I am at the heating limit leaves me skeptical.

Re: ökofen pellematic 32kw (overheating) adjustment
Do not touch the curves, it is inchiable as an adjustment!
Set the main setpoint to 12 ° C and see what happens ...
You may have a T ° delta set somewhere ...
If you want 19 ° C and that makes 25 bin, you have to lower the set point by 25-19 = 6 or 19-6 = 13 ° C ... so put 12 ° C ...
Easy !

Re: ökofen pellematic 32kw (overheating) adjustment
it's not hacking that !!
I'm boring as a guy, I would like to understand the pb.
you will tell me I can always try to lower the locker to see but I have the impression that there is a problem elsewhere ...
concerning the curves, too late I modified everything

Re: ökofen pellematic 32kw (overheating) adjustment
Yes it's hack ... but not hack headache where you may never get out! Nuance!
You will see what it gives!
Keep us in touch...
I also like to understand, but this step will undoubtedly already allow progress!
If that doesn't change anything, well it's your regulation that is out of order ... or in "forced" mode or whatever ...
Rolalalal ... but I reassure you: the curves do not have that much influence they serve to adapt to the architecture, type of heat diffuser and insulation performance ... they serve to win in thermal comfort and save a few% ...
But given what you're saying, I think your problem comes from elsewhere ... because you're not in the few% there ...

I see where it is but I do not know the protocol to test the valve.

Lower the temperature setpoint to the maximum, you should even react to it.
