An MRI of a dying person would also be very instructive !! Surprised that this was not done ... there may be similarities to orgasm ...
What is not moral? Do it for a death row inmate, for example ... there are still quite a few "candidates" in the world (China, USA ...) I believe ...

A team of American researchers, led by Professor Barry Komisaruk (Rutgers University in New Jersey), has just made, thanks to MRI, a video showing the illumination of the brain during female orgasm.
A 54-year-old guinea pig, Nan Wise, lent herself to the game: while she masturbated, a functional MRI recorded the activity of her brain.
On the video of this MRI, we see the brain of this woman, initially at rest (in red), gradually activating (in yellow) while she indulges in solitary pleasures in the privacy of the machine, to finish with an illumination of almost all of the brain structures (in white, the maximum activity) at the time of orgasm. The areas that light up are first the areas related to the sensations of the genitals, then those of emotions, memory, and finally the whole pleasure system of the brain. As you approach orgasm, the hypothalamus reaches a peak in activity, producing oxytocin, a hormone that causes a feeling of pleasure and causes the uterus to contract.
This discovery would advance science on libido disorders. As Le Figaro recalls, “7% of women reported having difficulty reaching orgasm in the last major survey on French sexuality, conducted in 2006. By identifying what is going on in a woman's brain - or a man - unable to have an orgasm (anorgasmia), it would be possible to better understand at what level the blockage is located.
Psychologist Barry Komisaruk, who led this research, told The Wall Street Journal that "one of the most striking things about this study is that all the important parts of the brain are activated during orgasm. It is a tapestry of sensations ”.
