Hello
I opted two years ago for an installation of photovoltaic panels, but since then my installers went bankrupt !!
The panels are German made and Roto brand, the inverter is SMA brand.
Can someone tell me a French supplier capable of helping me out in the event of a problem for both the panels and the inverter?
cordially

As long as you pay, anyone will help you out : Cheesy:

When it comes to finding skilled guys, the easiest way is to request a list of distributors in your area directly from the hardware manufacturers. Generally they have a list.

From my memories of the time when I worked for an installer, the people at SMA France are very friendly and competent and can refer you to an installer.

Do not believe too quickly that an inverter is HS and that everything must be replaced.

The real problem for the future will be to find a panel "aesthetically" compatible, of power compatible with the others if there is one which fails (true for all)

Be careful that the next installer has decennial liability insurance and the QualiPV label. Here is an article that explains all the Qualit'EnR

The fact remains that leading a project today remains an adventure.

Too busy to spend a lot of time there, I have been caressing the project for a long time. But still do not know how to identify two or three serious companies in my area to have 3 quotes without wasting time listening to nonsense of telemarketeurs!

This becomes, I think, the main brake for those who want to get started!

I am a little surprised by your words, Did 67:

1) many people would probably make less fuss for the purchase of a car, even budget
2) already in 2008, we were doing preliminary studies by analyzing the implementation on google maps and some photos that the client sent us
3) chat with friends and neighbors to find out about the reputation of firms
