Hello,
My Rotex Sanicube balloon is HS, there is a leak on the DHW loop. I imagine that it does not repair and I hesitate between replacing this balloon and install a new water heater.
For those who do not know this product, it is a hot water tank heated by a heat pump. Hot water is used to heat the house (floor heating) and to heat domestic hot water via a coil immersed in the tank.
The company Rotex was bought by Daikin, which I contacted for the address of a distributor of these products. They do not seem very hot to sell their products live but by insisting they sent me back to Rexel and Richardson. Rexel requires me to go in person to make a quote (without being sure to be able to distribute it), Richardson did not respond to my email ...
In short, it does not come very well, the passage by a craftsman seems obligatory ...
Does anyone know of a serious distributor of this product, if possible online?
Or even better, is there an equivalent of this product in another brand?
Thank you in advance to those who can help me and good we all.

Re: Rotex Sanicube Replacement
Hello, what model and you can specify where it leaks from this doc? https://www.daikin.fr/content/dam/docum ... French.pdf
Tank of the accumulator (envelope with double wall in polypropylene with thermal insulation in hard foam PUR), tubes in stainless steel, apparently not subject to the corrosion, thus probably repairable. If the leak is at a fitting, a serious plumber must be able to fix the problem.

Re: Rotex Sanicube Replacement
Hello,
This is the SCS model 580 / 1: (sorry, I only found one doc in German): https://fachportal.rotex-heating.com/fi ... IC_PEX.pdf
A priori, it's the same as these, but the DHW loop is plastic on mine instead of stainless: https://www.econologie.com/file/habitat ... e_2007.pdf
The problem is that the balloon fills with water and rises in pressure, I was forced to remove the filler cap to use it as an overflow and let the water flow. The only water supply in the system being the DHW loop, I deduced that it is this one that is pierced somewhere in the balloon.

Re: Rotex Sanicube Replacement
Good evening,
most certainly repairable .. (otherwise tell me in the ear or you throw it ). You can remake an ecs exchanger with a roll of annealed copper ... or plug the leak with a piece of epdm and serflex etc .... Start by opening it to see the leak
