Pump submerged problem

Hello,

My divertron 1000 x submersible pump no longer sucks water. I took it apart and cleaned it. At startup it purrs but does not turn unless I manually help turning the main axis.
After several research I think it is the capacitor to change, but I can not access because I can not dismantle the last part of the pump. attached photo
Do you have an idea thanks for your help

I have the same divertron 1000 X pump and it has the same symptoms as yours. I also disassembled it in order to change the capacitor because it also emitted a noise without pumping.
I arrive at the same block as you, I do not see how to remove the last part. This last piece does not turn elsewhere, is this normal?

I disassembled the upper part too but then I am blocked, so I took the low part down and I think that Florent did the same.
I think that the access to the capacitor goes through the dismantling of the part

Isn't that weird?

I tested the large white capacitor and a priori it is the right value: 21,5 uF.

Do you have any idea what is wrong?
Do you have to clean the motor and the electrical circuit with WD40?
