Pump submerged problem

by Florent54 » 07/07/18, 09:23

Hello,

My divertron 1000 x submersible pump no longer sucks water. I took it apart and cleaned it. At startup it purrs but does not turn unless I manually help turning the main axis.
After several research I think it is the capacitor to change, but I can not access because I can not dismantle the last part of the pump. attached photo
Do you have an idea thanks for your help

Florent

Hello,
You are certainly aware of this outbreak https://www.technipompe.fr/pieces-detac ... 205729.php.
Have you removed all the screws?

Hello Florent,
I have the same divertron 1000 X pump and it has the same symptoms as yours. I also disassembled it in order to change the capacitor because it also emitted a noise without pumping.
I arrive at the same block as you, I do not see how to remove the last part. This last piece does not turn elsewhere, is this normal?
On the schematic schematic, https: //www.pompes-direct.com/pompage/pompe-electrique/immergee/puits/divertron-1000/8495.html/pieces-detachees?gclid = EAIaIQobChMIgK2iooev4AIVghrTCh3tigCGEAQYASABEgJX2vD_BwE # 49619, it seems to be the group diffuser.
The scheme is quite vague elsewhere.

Did you manage to remove it? Can you help me?
Thanks to anyone who knows the solution to me.

thierry

But, are you sure the capacitor is in the pump? It's not classic, usually found in the starter box, and is very simple to change (which happens quite often) ...

I disassembled the upper part too but then I am blocked, so I took the low part down and I think that Florent did the same.
I think that the access to the capacitor goes through the dismantling of the part

If Florent has succeeded, I'm interested.
Thank you for voting answer.

High, low part?
At sight of the nose, the cover side electric wire (2) has a bulge, there is much chance that it hides the underside. : Wink:

I did not know what I could do.
In the upper part also (electrical power side) and the engine block does not remove; everything is molded. view the photo.

A little late, here is a video that explains how to disassemble the pump:

I bought such a pump earlier this year. It only served a few hours, without problems. It still works well.
I hope that I will not have bad surprises ...

Hello,
I have a problem with my Divertron 1200X pump: it regularly trips when it is turned on.
Sometimes it happens that it works a little.
I feel like the problem happened when I connected the pump output to my karcher ...

When disassembling the pump, I found a brown liquid in the compartment where there is the electronic part ...
About 10 cl.
Isn't that weird?

I tested the large white capacitor and a priori it is the right value: 21,5 uF.

Do you have any idea what is wrong?
Do you have to clean the motor and the electrical circuit with WD40?

Thanks to you for the help!
