I am happy owner of a house of 2001 so in rt 2000;
at the level of the attics lost the insulation is made between joists 20 cms of glass wool, do you think that I can give 20 cms of crossed lv on the first layer and what will be the result at the level insulation?

There is no pb to add glass wool over it, provided there is no vapor barrier.
There you will be 40cm of glass wool which is very good ... Mias insulation without airtight it is useless or almost ...
