Wood boiler, help

Hello,
I live in southern chile and am finishing a house.
we have installed all the central heating system but I now miss to buy a boiler, I would have beosin more advice than brands seen that they are not the same as in France but rather on the concepts.

Knowing that the house makes 135 m2 on 2 levels and it is mounted on stilts (190 cm).

The place where I live is very rainy and wet but the temperatures are never extreme neither very cold nor very hot.

A good (expensive) boiler with good efficiency burning everything especially wet wood without too much smoke (to be verified in reality) and automatic cleaning of ashes, with good heat exchanger (but not condensing) and distribution by water or by circulation of 'air.
