Monica Ecoteck / Ravelli stove operation in very degraded mode

by Jack-38 » 11/02/22, 09:23

Hello,
I have an Ecoteck Monica 07 stove installed in 2009
For a week it has been working in degraded mode:
- On start-up it displays 'Waiting for flame', the fume extractor starts and the pellets fall regularly
- After 2 min (#20 pellets dropped) pellets stop falling, no change in display
- After 5 minutes, the display changes to 'flame present' and the pellets fall.
- then the stove goes into working mode
but:
- the pellets fall at the rate of 1 every 7,7 sec.
- the Air fan (it is operational) does not start
- the pellets run out quickly (a few minutes) and the stove goes into 'pellet exhausted' alarm then stops
- if I pre-filled the fireplace, it lasts a few tens of minutes
- during this period of operation I cannot act on the heating power (I go from level 1 to 5 without this having any impact) nor on the 'pellet-air mixture' program

Could a hardware element be involved (but why no alarm?) or a software element? (but how to return to factory settings?)

With thanks for your help
Jacks
