Hello, I am currently in STI2D Terminal and I have a project to make a medical cabin that will treat the most disadvantaged

The project being cut in 4 part my part concerns only the insulation and the ventilation, but several points pose me problem especially at the level of the ventilation. I chose as ventilation a vmc single flow and the model but after I have no idea of ​​where to start at the level of the calculations of vmc I do not find anything on the internet help me please ...
