5 and 6 August 2006: BioAude, the organic fair of Couiza

8th edition of the Couiza organic fair, in Aude ...

Bio Aude is growing (more than 90 exhibitors); here are two years that it takes place over two days with a concert on Saturday evening (groups Red Street, And offenders) and specific theme, presented in a pole next to the fair and conferences throughout the WE.

Last year, the theme "Eco-construction" was a great success; this year we have chosen "Biofuels", a topical subject, but above all opening up full of horizons still unknown to the public.
We are planning the exhibition of an engine equipped with the system Pantone, a motor water doped, study work on the process Serruys, mining equipmentvegetable oil...

This fair is organized by Nature & Progress Aude, association of producers and consumers promoting organic farming.
Exhibitors: producers and some product processors food (wines, meats, vegetables), and textiles (all organic), artisans who work according to ecological methods and associations defense of the environment.

Opportunities to drink and eat (organic) on site and spend a pleasant time, by browsing the shaded park welcoming the exhibitors, following the conferences, musical entertainment and theater scheduled all day, or by learning thanks to the activities offered for children (and adults) on the theme of "Cooperative Games", dances in circles...
