This is what is happening.
EHPAD, vaccination not compulsory? Not really :

They asked my 90 year old mother for her consent,
and she refused. They told him that then bans:
- To go to the common refectory, nor to the common activities
- To walk in the corridors
- To have all contact with the other residents even with the barrier gestures.

But in their great kindness they will ask him the question again at the end of the week to give him time to think and my mother
told me that she will accept the vaccination reluctantly so as not to be La Plaguee without knowing it of her own accord.

Isn't she beautiful, the end of life?

To be shared with the consent of the author and this person's son.

Real desire for democratic transparency or political manipulation to impose a vaccine ... (ineffective?)

https://www.lexpress.fr/actualite/socie ... 41965.html

Covid-19: how will the citizens' collective work for immunization monitoring

Some 35 citizens are drawn on Monday. They will be responsible for monitoring the French vaccination campaign in the coming months.

Emmanuel Macron quickly mentioned it on November 24, in his speech setting the three stages of deconfinement. For the sake of transparency, a collective of citizens will be responsible for monitoring the French vaccination campaign against Covid-19, the symbolic launch of which was carried out at the end of December, simultaneously with the other members of the European Union.

Here we are. In the columns of the Journal du Dimanche (JDD), the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (Cese) - which will be responsible for hosting its work - sketches the outlines. First step with the creation of the panel by a draw starting this Monday.
35 members drawn at random

The citizens' collective will definitely be made up of 35 people by January 10, government spokesman Gabriel Attal assured Parisiensamedi. These will be chosen at random from the population, while respecting a certain diversity. Thus, criteria of age, gender, region, diploma, socio-professional category or even housing will be taken into account, specifies the Cese to the weekly.

A second criterion comes into consideration: that of mistrust in the face of vaccination. The drawn will have to answer a question: "Do you intend to be vaccinated in the year 2021 against the Covid-19?" and classify their response on a scale of 1 to 5. According to the Cese, "this expression of their position will make it possible to establish a posteriori the balances within the collective of citizens, in order to have opinions and recommendations reflecting the positions present. within French society ".

As a reminder, the Economic, Social and Environmental Council is a consultative assembly which contributes in particular to the evaluation of public policies. This body has already been asked to supervise the work of the Citizens' Convention on the climate, delivered last spring. A reform aimed at making it a "crossroads for public consultations" was adopted in mid-December by the National Assembly.
A launch in mid-January

The citizens' collective will begin its work on January 16, continues the JDD. Those drawn will be able to use the citizen consultation platform which will be launched later this month and which will collect the very first opinions, comments and questions from the French on the vaccination process. After which a first assessment will take place this summer. The latter could allow "to adjust the answers which must be brought to the French", had explained the Cese, in December, notes Franceinfo.

In Le Parisien, government spokesperson Gabriel Attal recalls that the members of the panel "will be able to ask all questions, make all observations and challenge Olivier Véran or Professor Alain Fischer", the "Mr. Vaccin" of the government, chairman of the board orientation for the vaccine strategy.

Hello,

of course individual freedom is above all. I decided to drive on the side that suits me my car; some days on the right side of the road, others on the left side (in solidarity with the Brexiters). It's up to the state not to interfere in my free choices, and for others to adapt

The debate is not so much that of freedom as that of the imposition of an experimental vaccine and the sanitary segregation which will follow for the "cautious"!

In fact which politicians "in high places" have already been vaccinated?
