Positive clinical trials for three vaccines

More than 150 vaccine candidates are under development and testing around the world in an attempt to stop the coronavirus pandemic. Twenty-three of them are in clinical trials in humans,
The experts (not the self-proclaimed econology ) warned that it will take 12 months to 18 months to develop a safe and effective vaccine. I'm generally against vaccinations, but this time I would probably get vaccinated anyway!

MRNA-1273 vaccine candidate
Development: Moderna, US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)
Trial on 45 subjects (enrollment phase on 30)
Method: strand of messenger RNA that codes for the glycoprotein (s) that bristles the outer envelope of SARS-CoV-2 (spike glycoprotein). This messenger RNA is encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles in a “pre-fusion” configuration.
