CASH too much SALT SUGAR, hundreds of thousands dead

by dedeleco » 15/06/12, 16:02

Tonight on A2, Friday at 22h40 CASH too much sugar, and sugar lobby, after the previous one on too much salt with 30000 dead per year !!!

It's mostly too much industrial sugar, stuffed and hidden everywhere, with saturated fat, 34Kg sugar a year, twice as much as 10 years ago, in junk food !!!

And diabetes, etc.

Eat fruits on the contrary, because their sugar associated with other natural complex compounds, are much less harmful !!!!

And don't drink the coke, and fake fruit juice, sodas, horrors stuffed with bad sugar and salt !!

Make your organic food without any industrial dish !!!
And do some intense exercise !!

It's a debate from the past, at least here in Canada!

I have been in the food industry for more than 20 years and I can tell you that sugar, salt and saturated fat are clearly disappearing in junk food and just as much as in industrial food production!

This report could have made sense 10 years ago already!

In addition, nitrate has given way to less harmful natural nitrate in cured meats for almost a year here!

Is Europe so late behind us in Canada?

I do not drink soda because I firmly believe that beer is less harmful !!! : Mrgreen:

I give you time to wikigoogleler to answer me my poor Dede! 8)

Also working in the food industry. For well under 20 years.
I also note that everything is done to limit fats, sugar and salt.
We adhere to the government's nutrition and health program.
Each new recipe always limits a little more.
Organic is on the rise.
A supplier who does not present the quality specifications resumes his cam.
Everything is done to satisfy the customer.
After: the customer finds that it lacks taste: when the two choices are offered, with or without salt.

Both sugar and salt are flavor enhancers, if they are reduced they must be replaced by substitutes: which ones? So refined sugar has been replaced by aspartame, sometimes, but what a disaster since!

Well agree with you but the taste is developing, now we discover that by removing salt for example it tastes a little more the house food!

Being young my parents like the majority added salt in the cooking of vegetables like potatoes, carrots and turnips, I have been cooking my vegetables without salt and al dente for a long time which makes all the difference!

It was true during the fashion to reduce overweight there is more than a decade but now we are in the era of organic and aspartame and other chemicals that affect taste are fortunately prohibited.

I work for an organic food company which is growing at a very high rate which is eating up a good part of the big butchers established for a long time and they are trying to adapt but fail to slow us down.

Our research and development although very limited in staff is very efficient and is under the direction of a French. : Mrgreen:

We are developing a packaging product that is more attractive to the eye, which unfortunately limits our ecological footprint, but if this is the only way to fight with the big guys, you have to compromise!

You have to taste an unsalted ham in brine to increase its weight, produced with more noble parts of the pork and naturally smoked with maple which makes a culinary difference!

It melts in your mouth! : Mrgreen:

Seen from here, I think this thread is useful.

Not as long as the agribusiness sector has done nothing (we have seen the decrease in sugar AND sweet taste as addictive, even in sodas, this sector does what it can), but there are too many of these substitutes which create habits of consumption of "sweet taste". Since with one hand we lower the intrinsic quantity in the recipes by creating a lack and with the other hand we push for consumption, which is very easy since the body asks for more and is in need ...

Look into your toothpaste and even your mouthwashes such as Listerine: you will find sorbitol there! A real scandal! But if they put it it's good that they find an interest! It's good that we are all SICK OF SUGAR. This means that when you buy it with menthol (which naturally contains sugar in it) your taste is no longer able to say "stop". This is just an example!

So many people get diabetes without knowing it, by always having messages "sucre"That arrive in the brain and in the digestive system (which also has its own neurons! And that Nestlé understood this well ... And studied with millions.)

Yes refined white sugar is a poison (deadly in the long term and in the short term for the teeth) NOT ONLY because it is sugar and too much is eaten, but above all because it causes repeated acid attacks which completely confuse your body without you noticing. Its consumption influences in many other pathologies than that of diabetes (in almost all cases of so-called degenerative diseases for that matter ... and others ... But curiously for reasons that are sometimes refuted even by the author of this thread, but this time I'm not throwing stone at him, because I think his thread makes sense.)

This white sugar is not only a poison but a drug. And this is one of Sarkozy's good decisions to have wanted to tax sodas. But as he was otherwise incompetent or badly advised, he did not understand that it was anything that contained white sugar that should have been severely taxed. So this would have pushed manufacturers to find other alternative recipes using raw cane sugar => which ALREADY contains the minerals the body needs to assimilate it, leaving only the effect of "sugar" (to be taken in moderation) but relatively beneficial since it is the main food of the brain.

Cash site on A2:

Almost 100g / day / French sugar = 20 squares of sugar (forgetting the bread and pasta by the way) thanks to the lobby of sugar, a real drug !!

Discovered on rats addicted to sugar water even more than to cocaine, that rats give up on sugar, which tickles neurons by releasing dopamine.

Obesity doubled in 12 years in France since 2000, 12% currently !!

In Hyères, soda and sugar detoxification center !!

Epidemic to contain, which kills 1 million people in Europe, especially the poorest, sugar, excess fat, that junk for the poor.

A famine specialist, Philips James, has become an obesity specialist.

Orgy of calories.

Sugar, fat and salt, an ideal recipe for selling lots of small meals that makes our brain addicted.

We don't need sugar in our food any more !!

Sugar prevents counting calories and makes you obese, then diabetic;

Especially sodas that never fill the stomach, therefore without satiety and make them grow by 60% in a can per day.

Ultra powerful sugar lobby !!
France first producer of sugar in Europe.

Colloquiums on diabetes for doctors, funded by sugar manufacturers (46% sugar cakes at Kraft) !! sic !!

Marketing terms, nutrition, energy that hides sugar, without saying it.
The obese according to their studies eat less sugar. Sic !!
doctors don't feel like they're bought.
Kraft, director nutritionist prevents from shooting the report on the scientific conference on diabetes, funded by Kraft.

Kraftfoods, links links with credible doctors, then acts on the deputies, for favorable laws.

Soda merchants (Ferrero) campaign to fight obesity, let's live in shape in the municipalities, by financing without placing their products (they say !!)
Nutella de Frerrero especially 57% sugar and only 13% hazelnuts !!!

Industrialists are afraid of stigmatizing obesity, therefore fighting against sugar, not good for the sugar trade.

Nestlé and Kellog make twice too sweet for children always by funding: Let's live in Shape which then has no right to stigmatize specific foods, !!
And so we see very sweet jars, Nutella and others.

Also Sweppes, Orangina, etc .. finance and attack !!

If the products were harmful they would not be on the market !!!
the other questions are not suitable for Orangina.

In fact a case of infiltration and commercial diversion, Epode, the best way to prevent any initiative of laws !!

Also the Celux all industrial sugar, back to schools, with the week of taste, with the chefs !!

According to them no link between sugar and obesity, scientifically !!!
A height of lobby science:

Study in 2010 by EFSA europe !!
In reality doubts and no clear answer in the interview.

4 benchmark studies in scientific journals, 2 funded by sugar manufacturers,

Experts from ESA, the European nutrition group, have clear and proven links with the sugar lobby, scientific advisers for manufacturers,.

Ambroise Martin rewarded by the CELUX sugar lobby !! with a ridiculous price of 5000 € !!

Albert Flynn head of ESA, with members, not paid by EFSA but financed by sugar bowls !!!

Finally the journalists are manipulated without knowing it !!

With scientists above all suspicion !!

The French do not drink enough water, in a study, became not drink enough, of course, sodas, because no relationship between weight and sugar (study paid by Coca Cola) !!
In fact scientifically archival in studies without the lobby behind !!

The Credoc paid by 90% and 10% public lobbies.

Statistics do not show obesity sugar links !! according to CREDOC !!

There are different tools and they cost the right tool, which gives nothing !!
With always reasons to eliminate other studies, like not everything in France, no statistical correlation link, different from the conclusions of the doctors who treat obesity !!

Obesity is complicated, and therefore we can not say !!

Consumers are responsible for what they eat and the obese hospital learns to read what is hidden on the packages, in carbohydrate and fat, not clear for young people !!

The indications were complicated by the lobbies, full of figures !!
But no lights of clear colors, red yellow green, English, sugar and fat, torpedoed by the Lobby, in Brussels !!

Maximum pressure against clear info on sugar !!

Nutella too fat, too sweet !!

Nestlé against because arbitrary judgment on the food !!

Fear of stigma, and that sales collapse with the oppressions of red lights = ban that eliminates whole categories !!
Explanation by Nestlé that 37% real sugar = 12% of the recommended daily intake to be added to the day only for adults at 2000Kcal / day, not for children !!

I billion € spent in lobby for current labeling, against red lights !!

Method identical to the tobacco lobby formerly !!!

After reporting on:

Pablo Fajardo Indian, become lawyer, defended the Indians of Ecuador against the oil poisons in the Amazon over 40 years, against Texaco or Chevron sentenced on July 14, 2011 to 18 billion dollars, after his murdered brother, 18 years of procedures for 346 times the oil spill of Amoco Cadiz in the forest !!

Goldman Prize in 2008 !!

In August 2004, his murdered brother, Wilson, confused with Pablo ???, at the start of his investigation !!
