Ingredients in cosmetics: a site to better understand

by Christine » 15/09/11, 10:15

I just discovered this site:
http://leflacon.free.fr/liste-ingredients.php

We take his bottle (of shampoo or other), we type the name of the ingredient and we have an overview of the product in question.

I like it because we immediately have the information that interests the consumer econologist, namely: good / not good for my body and my planet.

Yuck, I know now why I don’t :D hehehe
See also the list of products: http://leflacon.free.fr/liste-produits.php

In the same family I ask the father: the list of food additives and their effects.

We put some even on babies of these junk, like rinsing water or baby milk, like one of my beautiful daughters who does not care even monk as me for the composition of these products that babies we all underwent !!
Nevertheless, she gave up the rinse water because the baby has a few little pimples !!

Christophe certainly got it !!!!

Me, during the war, I was not entitled to it, we lacked everything !!

Baby milk, for example Mixa, contains the collection of parabens !!
http://leflacon.free.fr/parabens.php

http://forums.france5.fr/lesmaternelles ... t_27_1.htm

It's probably less harmful than similar products without a paraben preservative, where it is replaced by a neurotoxic, 1000 times more dangerous, at 1000 times lower dose !!

So be more wary of paraben-free products, because conservatives are inevitable, (the product would become a culture of microbes in a few days !!) and the preservatives are products which kill microbes and which are therefore also harmful for our cells, even if we do not realize it in the short term, suddenly sure !!
So, it is impossible to trust without parabens !!
The replacement will be a product not studied, which will be discovered dangerous in a few decades, as for pesticides, banned one after the other over the years !!!

So put tap water !!

For example, for a few years now, I have only used shaving cream, only water, and I don't see any difference, shaving cream is perfectly useless !!!!

Of course, but let's remember that the word "cosmetic" also concerns basic hygiene and that a little soap from time to time ... : Mrgreen:

For cosmetics, it is better to do them yourself.
Aromatherapy does wonders in this area, and at least we know what we are putting into it.

And I wash with Aleppo soap (how I snob those who wash with Marseille soap: b)

Lol what a snob!

Aleppo when I have it, it's mainly for the hair.

It is sure that it is softer but for the skin I prefer when you get out of the shower.

I don't like shower gels at all, especially if the water is too soft. Difficult to rinse the shower gel properly with water coming out of a softener! You have to spend 3 times more time there!

And to say that some softener sellers talk about ecology : Shock: : Lol:

*** Edit *** I deleted the table presenting certain additives as dangerous when they are not!

For those interested, here is a table on the harmful products found in certain food products:
