they both lost 1 in ten years anyway; it was faster for diesel on the other hand

It has stagnated since 2000 and the advent of hdi, that's what the comment meant I think.

Ah well it's clear ... after checking, no I don't see the source ... they just say: find out more on the Ademe website : Cheesy:

By cons I do not understand the last sentence since it is the same for gasoline.

The% is greater on diesel simply because we started from lower ...
