Camera in hand, he dived into the Villeneuve Loubet landfill and brought back a shock document. Béa Johnson moved to the United States over 20 years ago. Recently, her family has taken on an incredible challenge every day: they no longer produce any waste. State-of-the-art reprocessing plants, dubbed TMB, for “Biological Mechanic Treatment” are supposed to sort the garbage and produce a compost sold to farmers. But behind the miracle solution, the reality is very different.
