hello, is there an economical bulb that produces as much heat as a 40 or 60 w filament bulb?

Hello, for what purpose?

Heat being a waste for light bulbs an economical light bulb provides more light with less dissipated heat.

Otherwise the 40 and 60W bulbs are still on sale. If it is to heat eggs or chicks, you just have to build up a stock because they are not worth much.

Must look at the side of halogen bulbs whose economy would rotate between 15 and 50% when at as much heat not sure but it's already better than fluorescent : Cheesy:
