Hello,
To be able to manage the electrical consumption, I want to count the consumption pulses of the meter.
There is an LED that flashes according to consumption.
I will need a circuit diagram that will "see" the blink and "go out" on a dry contact or an "open collector" in 24vdc.
Can someone help me ???

PS: I don't have a "pulse" output on this meter!

You stick the cell on the led of the meter and with each pulse, the relay sticks!
