Telenet will be pedaling its employees for electricity

by the middle » 14/03/12, 08:05

The telecommunications company Telenet inaugurated on Tuesday, at its headquarters in Mechelen, a "We-Bike" meeting corner. This round table, which can seat three people, is equipped with pedals that allow people seated there to generate energy while discussing. The electricity produced can be used to charge a mobile phone, for example. The We-Bike can also be used at recruitment events, with the company planning to hire 100 new employees this year.

It is however not the day after March 31! :D

It's really tickling to make you laugh: a solar panel would have been enough and would have cost less!
