not surprise me UMP majority senators on the side of the big grain producers and therefore of Monsanto

The UMP senator from La Manche Jean-François Legrand denounces about GMOs "mercantile interests, ripoliné to make them sympathetic" defended within the UMP itself.
"Some have taken over the UMP in order to defend mercantile interests, ripoliné to make them sympathetic (...) the strike force of Monsanto and other seed companies is phenomenal", he accuses in an interview with daily Le Monde, dated Wednesday.

Democracy is great - Monsanto's strike force and seed companies - PHENOMENALE.

In fact they laugh when they see the posturing of Borloo and Grenelle. It was only an announcement effect and it is the same for the other environmental subjects, the lobbies control everything. The little researcher who wants to bring it back is quickly neutralized.

Borloo is a puppet. Juppe must not regret not having had the job. I think he would have been straighter in his boots and would have resigned.

In fact, we no longer hear N. Hulot or Jancovici.

In this area, you have to do like Austria: ban on production AND import of GMOs: that settles the question ... because for the moment only production is prohibited, which is a total nonsense: the government is shot in the foot ...
It is certain that Juppé is not really a puppet and would undoubtedly have been much more reliable, and combative, than Borloo ...

1) Jancovici is a bit like us on econo: GMOs are not really his specialty ... It is rather towards people like JM Pelt that we must turn.

2) Hulot is not a scientist and above all has never been financed other than by the lobbies ... so I think he is a little "restrained in his words and actions" ...

+1 for Hulot, our patron saint of media pseudo-ecology.

The functioning of the UMP, party to the Stalinist functioning if there is any (I know some former executives of the RPR who are sorry for the evolution), includes, and it is fortunate, still some intelligent individuals (or with ideas healthy).

Another example: Bernard CARAYON ( www.bcarayon-ie.com ) great defender of free software.

It's weird, but I wouldn't have called it pressure ...

I wonder if these are the same people who have been under pressure from vivendi universal! ?? :)
