Passive houses R4

by dreamer » 29/05/07, 20:19

Good morning or good evening,
Yesterday, on euronews, I came across a report about passive houses R4, presented at the living room, in Spain I think.
It is a turnkey house concept for a fixed price, + - 12 000 € for 50m2 and 60 000 for 120m2.

I can not find the link euronews but there are a lot of sites talking on the net, surtt in Spanish.

Here is one in English:
http://www.futurehousenow.com/2007/05/l ... e-via.html

In Spanish:
http://www.construible.es/noticiasDetal ... =10&pat=10

What do you think?
Did you know the thing?
The debate is open: p

THANK YOU Dreamer !: Mrgreen:

8) Passive houses we know, but we don't talk about them enough, it's "too good"!

This kind of achievement proves to us that the "average consumer" can today acquire the habitat of tomorrow for less than the shitty habitat which still grows everywhere with large reinforcements of m3 of concrete. : Evil:

For a rather inferior expense, buying a house that will take you less and less long, will not aggravate your banker or energy suppliers of any kind ... IT'S POSSIBLE ! : Mrgreen:

The basic idea seems excellent to me and the price-performance ratio "rocks his mother" : Lol:

The only doubt I have about this concept is insulation.
If I understand Spanish as a whole, I have not managed to find out how the thermal insulation of these houses was done.

Because we have to be honest: a sheet metal transport container, thermal insulation level, we did a lot better !!!

Yes, but a freezer compartment downgraded, it is not the top level of the material used, but at the level of isolation is not better : Lol: : Lol:

It is a concept invented by the architect.
It means "Reutiliza-recupera-Recicla-Razona".

I guess you do not need me to translate ...

: Arrow: Meanwhile, the consultation of the link in Spanish shows us the dynamism of Iberians in architecture and their ability to innovate ...

Their consideration of energy and environmental issues is without common measures with what we know in France ...

This shows that in the fight against warming the Iberians are tough.
