I believe that the kilimanjaro has already lost 70% of its "eternal" snow in 30 years ...
But don't bother going so far ... the white valley has retreated 400 m in 10 years !!

basically, it's not so bad, this melting glaciers:
1) the Flemish will all be drowned (and one less problem in Belgium, finally)
2) those who bought an apartment on the side of the Chaussée de Gand in Brussels will see their investment flourish since they will be by the sea
3) Walloons will have to go less for the holidays (energy saving)
4) nice, we will be able to go to sea in Greenland!
