Inflating mattress, pool, etc without pump

by oli 80 » 03/01/16, 00:10

Good evening everyone,
here is an inflation technique that I saw on youtube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5w6slUVILyo
but this technique is known to hikers
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzPq9-1GOCc

other simple tips at home use your vacuum cleaner in blowing mode or your hair dryer in cold mode

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJ367RP5Qys

I was once embarrassed, an inflatable swimming pool but no inflator and beating it out of the mouth was out of the question so I used a chimney bellows like that http://lafabriquedusoufflet.com/

it works great but your arms will say thank you in their own way after : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:

Not sure it works for a mattress, but there is this technique which seems very effective:

I wonder how it is possible! ...

hi personal in the case of inflating swimming pool or matelat, I prefer with the air of the lungs, in addition it scrubs a little the fact of blowing and putting the pressure.
It is sure that it is longer or slower, but it is a plus for health and this is econologically speaking the must.

I still prefer the foot pump!

A 2-seater mattress, 30 cm high, takes a long time to inflate by mouth anyway!

In addition the breath of some can be corrosive lol (I do not speak for you my dear Tigger!)

inflating a large volume with the lungs makes your head spin by over-ventilation! it can even be dangerous

the blow of the gasoline in a tire tubless it is not to inflate, it is to put in contact the tire with the rim ... when the tire is deformed the contact is not enough good enough to start to inflate with the normal flow rate of an inflation gun

small solution before arriving at the big means of the explosion of gasoline: dismount the shell in the valve of the tire, and connect directly on the compressor by a piece of hose threaded on the valve, without passing by a gun of inflation: it makes a bigger flow and is more likely to stick the tire

if that is not enough a gasoline explosion is the big solution

Personally on recalculating tires I install a trailer air chamber between the tire and the outer face of the rim I inflate this tire chamber then the tire so that its rear face rises on the rim. Then I put down my trailer inner tube and I pull on the tire so that the other bead comes to seal

Not yet had the opportunity to try, but with this trick and some wedges:

http://www.siyour.com/produit/coussin-g ... justement/

there must be a way to mount the bead of the tire on the edge of the rim at least on one side. Without forcing you can actually lift good loads by hand ...

For advertising, don't worry, there is the same at Bricastospoumtz : Mrgreen:
