Ben in France on CO2 electricity is widely "favored" ...
Now you have to see the region too: you (Alsace) like us (Ardennes) we are not really favored on the low temperature side and DJU.
So when we present the (very) rare French passive houses in the south of France ... I find it hard to believe that the technique can be applied everywhere.

By chance, we do not have much difference and as I had collective heating in England, this is only an approximation.
I would have to do the exact calculation now. But as it is a very small apartment in a recent building, the consumption should be very moderate.
For the others, I don't know that they should be able to put more details, but I admit that I put aside a little, the development of Kyot-home.
