Negative interest rates ... coming!

by Christophe » 24/02/16, 14:56

The central bank of Japan has set up there today ... for here it is not yet the case but this could happen.

Some explanations:

Imagine a world where the banker pays you interest that you borrow it ... We're getting there. In this world, the economy is running backwards. A situation that not just the game but its market crisis.

And for those who have the time to go further in the analysis:

Negative interest rates - Twelve looks

The Messina Institute has examined the causes and consequences of a phenomenon extremely spectacular and yet so far little explored: the emergence of negative interest rates. The question, because it has multiple dimensions, is illuminated in this Series under twelve different angles: commercial bankers, CFOs corporate, sovereign issuers, market men, but also lawyers, of course, economists, officials management of public debt and central bankers each and reading, and practice of negative interest rates, and it is precisely by giving them all to see which one can stick closer to this singular reality.

from having diarrhea (quantitative easings no limits), this is what happens ... The banking system contrefout real deposits and they even dare to erode them to put in their pocket.

I see just that to take out a loan, it is far from a negative interest rate ... it curiously only works in one direction ...
