Cumulus gas consumption monitoring

I have a gas cumulus, I no longer have the capacity in mind, but it's more than 110L, and less than 150L.
There are only 2 of us left at home, except very often the little girls on Wednesdays, and a few weekends when one of my friends who lives 200 km from the house comes home.
THE gas consumption is around 300 kWh, and knowing that July-August, we were not there much, we can say 1 day out of two, on average, and that from October 24 to 29, I I was gone too, it seems that the presence at home, does not change much.
The dishwasher is connected directly to hot water, but when you're not there, no dishes.
My boiler having broken down at the end of April, or the beginning of May, it is indeed a consumption only for hot water.
The boiler that I tried to repair at the beginning of September does not work, and I have another that I have to reassemble, which has hot water production....
It's really strange that it remains so stable in terms of consumption, from one month to the next, there or not, there is a 15% difference... And still...
Does this mean that the cumulus "eats" about 250 kWh just to keep it water at TP?
