Blocking and oil strike, no risk of shortage they were saying?

by Christophe » 25/05/16, 01:18

The fuel shortage becomes clearer in France (no longer by blocking deposits and refineries but not strikes as well ... it must be said ... that a panic of people who rush to the pumps) ... an application maps out real time:

Image

The map in real time: https://www.econologie.com/petrole-plus- ... nt-france/

To this must be added the strike planned in the nuclear industry: energies-fossil-nuclear / strike-du-zeal-provided for-in-the-central-nuclear-t14748.html

When we tell you that energy controls everything, you have to believe us ...

ps: the card loading is quite long, their servers must be a little on the knees ... given the context ...

But all the same: this map is based on a database of around 4000 stations ... there are around 11 service stations in all in France ...

We are already talking about using strategic stocks: http://www.lemonde.fr/societe/article/2 ... _3224.html

Member since 1992 of the International Energy Agency (IEA), created after the oil shock of 1973-1974, France has the obligation to build up oil stocks to cope with a possible shortage. According to Alain Vidalies, these reserves, "which we have not touched for the moment, [...] allow France to have several weeks, many weeks of consumption before it. "

These stocks correspond more precisely to " ninety days of average daily net imports or sixty-one days of average daily domestic consumption ", According to the site of the Ministry of the Environment. "This represents about three months of average consumption calculated over the previous year," estimates, for its part, the French Union of Petroleum Industries (UFIP).

I thought they were less important than that ...

http://www.lemonde.fr/economie-francais ... 56968.html

Le Havre 40% of French oil goes through ... More than 7 out of eight refineries on strike ... Go and see their strategic stocks : Cheesy: : Cheesy: : Cheesy: : Cheesy:

Yes it is the orange striped pushpins which are in shortage ...

Let's wait a few days ... that may change ...

In fact, who manages strategic stocks? I mean who opens the valves and makes the deliveries to the service stations? The army?

Several stations shortages do not seem noticed me ... so the situation is more serious hair there appears on the card.
Note that it is especially the gas oil is missing.
For those traveling on LPG, not too much trouble!

Finally all events reassures me about my survivalist positions ...do not trust the very illusory techno-structure that surrounds us.

A "comment" on this map - and its limits - on the website of the newspaper Le Monde:

the prefects have the power to requisition qualified personnel for the implementation of this task, moreover all the personnel are not on strike.
The management of strategic stocks is ensured by four actors: the State, the Professional Committee of Strategic Oil Stocks (CPSSP), Sagess (responsible since 1988 for the operational management of the mission of CPSSP) and petroleum operators.

For delivery, private transport companies will take care of it, the army simply does not have the means to refuel the fuel distributors of our country ...
We have 61 days of fuel reserves! : Lol:
