New for Echo Moteur²

Hello everybody
Here is the probably final version (there may still be changes) of the system that we plan to test as part of our study on the Gillier-Pantone process (or water doping).

You will find more views (transparent, sectional ...) on our website www.echo-moteur.fr in the Echo-Motor² section - Our achievement.
As previously stated ( https://www.econologie.com/forums/nouveau-projet-echo-moteur-2-mines-de-douai-t4255.html), this system is very strongly inspired by that produced by the association La Pierre Angulaire ( http://lapierreangulaire.free.fr/ ) for the Vitry-sur-Orne town hall. The system produced in May 2007 was mounted on a Citroën C15D.
As a reminder, we have for our study the same engine (XUD7 engine) from a Peugeot 205D. Thus, we hope to obtain performances as promising as those announced in the press kit of the Town Hall ( https://www.econologie.com/vitry-sur-orne-c15-moteur-pantone-dossier-de-presse-telechargement-3403.html ). Of course, the performance of our system will be measured and certified on an engine test bench at the CRITT M2A in Bruay-la-Buissière ( http://www.crittm2a.com/ )
However, some modifications were made to the initial system, following the advice of Alexandre GREGOIRE (La Pierre Angulaire). Given the absence of constraints on the place on the test bench, the assembly was made as linear as possible, favoring the evolution of exhaust gases as well as possible. Thus, we hope to limit the clamping caused by the addition of the system. The other changes are in the design area.
To date, the parts necessary for the design of the system have been ordered. If everything goes as planned, we should start testing week 10 or 11.
As mentioned above, it is still possible to modify this system. So don't hesitate to make all kinds of comments about this system.
PS: We would like to thank the La Pierre Angulaire association, in particular Alexandre GREGOIRE for the help and support he has given us.
Thank you
