Hello
a new assembly on a 309 diesel.
The reactor was placed in the exhaust approximately 35 cm after the connection with the engine exhaust.
inner 17 tube
rod 15 and 120 long.
the car works. We will start testing soon.
reactor outlet
the bubbler is placed in the engine, it is 150mm in diameter and 200 high. We have connected everything with silicone tube.
The reactor outlet is connected to the air intake
mounting on 309 diesel
Do you bubble without heating?
Why is it not heated?
You don't have an exchanger on it?
There will never be steam to power the reactor.
As Zac advised me, put your hand on the reactor outlet tube, you'll see it doesn't heat up, so it doesn't work.
By cons heated the water and starts the manipulation again you will see the difference especially if at the same time you accelerate.
To give you an idea, without water the output of my reactor goes up to 50 ° C with a hot engine.
With steam supplying the reactor it rises to 160 ° C.
On the Golf I get 150 to 200mm of water column just with a bevel cut tube.
With a PVC venturi which reduces the inside diameter of the intake tube from 50 to 40mm I get 350mm of water column.
It seems to me that when my engine is loaded it sucks more than 350mm.
