Hydrous ethanol hE15

by abyssin3 » 04/01/15, 15:59

I just saw a interesting siteon hydrated ethanol (~ 5-10%). There is in particular a gain interest during manufacture where the dehydration step is eliminated (therefore the yield is improved).

Has anyone ever heard of it? or tried ??

Note: hE15 means 85% gasoline and 15% ethanol hydrated at 4-7%

Anything that can encourage an increased use of first generation biofuels only maximizes their harmful agronomic consequences ...

Yes, then seen like that, the situation immediately becomes much clearer on hydrated ethanol ...

To avoid an agronomically harmful debate, we will henceforth speak only of ethanol second generation hydrate.

The debates have little negative impact on agronomy!

By what phenomenon does hydrated ethanol suddenly pass from first generation agrofuel to second?

To tell the truth, this is not the subject of the subject.
But to answer your question, ethanol (hydrated or not) goes from the first generation to the second by changing the raw material. (if ever, there is more info on the site on this)
