Renewable energies: there is still work

Europe had set a target of 12% renewable energy in total primary energy consumption for 2010. It seems that the countries of the Union (with a few exceptions) are too far behind for this objective to be reached. I wonder a little what they expect to act concretely. so now we have to hope that we can reach the 2020 targets. At work!
