Making a self-winding 5kW wind turbine

I would like to have advice on the manufacture of a wind power 4 or 5kW.
I have already browsed the site and I found this:
http://www.pfgtechnologie.be/Energie/Eo ... /index.htm

or he explains that it is possible to oversize the vertical wind turbine.
so my idea would be to oversize this wind turbine while reducing it by using for example aluminum or resin (or if it is not possible to make a conventional blade wind turbine) and to use an asynchronous generator.
personally I preferred to opt for the vertical wind turbine because apparently it is less complicated to manage cases of strong wind.
and so my questions relate to which generator used? do you have references? and above all, how does everything relate to my installation and resell the surplus to EDF?
Another question that I wanted to know that I didn't understand too much is this story of the 1500trs, does the rotor speed have to be constant? or does it go faster? do you need a regulator in order to have a constant voltage at 220V ac 50Hz? or can I find an idea for the multiplier (even possibly buy it ready made)? ....

please

Looking back at this wind turbine, I wonder if it would not be possible to make one that has folding blades so that no movement is made against the direction of the wind (= better efficiency, better speed)
This was done with some water mills which had "baskets" like blades. These were always oriented in the same direction.
It could be interesting for a wind turbine. Anyone see what I mean?

Hello

Regularly, forget amateur construction et sale to EDF.

They don't give a damn about the juice (redemption is a story of image and consistency with EU regulations) what they want is "standards and paper"

if you want to produce and sell, put a solar panel "up to standard" and show it and then produce as you want : Lol: : Lol: : Lol:

Yeah Zac and who says standards says: overcharging (I am approved so I overcharging what you earn in subsidies) and not econological ... The system is very well established to make fun of people's mouths ... :|

and is there anyone who wants to answer my questions? among other things on oversizing and generator?

so can anyone help me?

Go zy go the guy !!! Me, I will add something ..... if he buys, it prevents others from being able to buy it ... we could almost consider it as monopoly ... or how to keep everything to yourself! : Mrgreen:

Finally .... it will not last for centuries !!!

Sorry for Garthos ..... I have no info above ... must wait ...

A + Serge.

before saying bullshit find out and stop polluting my post !!
here is a link for those interested:
http://www.industrie.gouv.fr/energie/el ... ele_a5.htm

knowing that edf buys back the price of buying back the excess electricity produced at € 0,084 / KW.h
the interest (well I think) is that your wind turbine will not produce electricity all the time so when there is no wind you will use the EDF networks (unless you have enough battery but personally I do not retain this solution because of the blow of the batteries, their maintenance ...) so the idea is to resell more than what I will consume to EDF so as to pay nothing for electricity! so that's it for my explanations

I also specify that until July 2007 EDF has the obligation to buy back your production surplus and that of course this surplus and then sold to the user! in fact its your neighbor who takes advantage of your own energy.

and now I would like to have my questions answered!
please

Hello Garthos,

it is useless to irritate you, it is a place of exchange where nobody is hung on a wire at the disposal and the service of another. It is a behavior in the image of the society in which we live and which I do not like at all.

To try to answer your questions.
Here is the way I see this wind turbine and that I plan to start building a prototype very soon.

The blades made with two 200 l barrels cut in half.
Recovery of a complete rear wheel (drum + rocket) from car for scrap.
Solder the rocket on a steel plate vertically and fix the blade support on the drum which is above.
Use a car alternator, the voltage regulation is already done.
Minimum charge a battery and better batteries and empty them thanks to a 12 v DC / 230 v AC converter.
Alternator drum reduction by belt.
The wind turbine is placed on the roof of the house.
Mount a system similar to the plan so that the blades close with the wind speed.
Later, hide half of the wind turbine with a sheet metal that turns on one or more bearings with a wind vane.

Without going through the continuous and minimum battery, that would be another story to implement.
For the rest the other messages give useful and complementary answers.

Good to all,
Pat.
