Enamelled copper wire

by Ruthenian » 23/04/12, 13:32

Does anyone have any good addresses for purchasing enamelled copper coils of any diameter if possible in France or Europe?

Reel between 300 and 500 meters.

Goods.

in all the big cities there are electric motor winders, which we have all wire diameters in stock and which can sell you exactly what you need

look at the yellow pages

and they don't just have the thread, they also have all kinds of materials that can be useful to you

Yes I agree with you, I had already consulted. In my region it's very complicated. When you ask, it is no or then at exorbitant prices to say otherwise to you no (example 400 Euros for the rewinding of the stator). At this price, it is even worth ordering a futurenergy alternator there http://energistar.com/
pmg page

It's a shame this self-approach mentality is tackled.
I will have to order in Germany for the copper !!! Pffff .......

Apart from the winders which can be a very good source for this material (I had bought some younger and the price was very correct)
It may be necessary to see the side of "industrial" suppliers such as Radiospares or Farnell with regard to mail order, otherwise wholesalers in electrical equipment such as Rexel, Electromed, CEF, etc ... (where the winders must be supplied. .)

Self-scuttling is widespread. In any case, the copper wire ordered from Conrad.fr comes from Germany.

Otherwise there is this link: http://retro-forum.com/viewforum.php?f=2 .

It is a nice site run by amateurs and professionals of the TSF. You will have the answer within the hour.
