wooden house building
wooden house building
Good morning all ...
all first of all i introduce myself nany 22 years old and all his teeth lol
I allowed myself to join you on your forum because my man and I would like to build our house ourselves ..
I have not traveled all forum ... but I'm already starting to have answers to my questions ....
I would like people who are involved in this adventure to explain to me a little bit about how things are going
I could see hundreds of KIt home resellers on the net ... how to choose a correct one?
What are the mistakes not to do?
would you have a place to advise me to buy a cottage in KIt?
Is the isolation level what it takes?
Clearly by this message I would like an explanation of A to Z (laughter)
If a charitable soul would like to enlighten me ....

A friend of mine built his cottage wooden house.
He found a carpenter who made plans for him, went to a sawmill to order the wood and had it debited and processed.
He helped the carpenter for the construction he made at 2.
It took about a year (working weekends) to build his home which returned to 12.000 € TTC off land (5 years ago).
The most important thing is to find or choose the designer.
My friend made many mistakes on some choices (mainly insulation). He could have saved on this job by getting ENORMOUSLY in efficiency ...
I strongly advise you, since you start the global approach (build) to make a passive house ...

Hello,
there are two types of wooden houses solid wood (planks, logs, ...) and the house structure wood and there must be added insulation
if not the mistakes to make:
check well on the last shots that electricity and well represented: s otherwise it is the galley finally it is managed but it is a little time lost for nothing;)
properly isolate the crawl space or the garage
if you take the solid as soon as the finished pose, to chain the first layer of stain to avoid that it begins to gray (unless you wish that it gray a lot of people choose this option
do well at the attic insulation a check to the thermal camera
before closing the partitions check the operation of the electricity (such button lights such lamp ...)
provide heating mass stove, wood stove, heated floor, .... in the case of the mass stove think about the development around it (that it takes up space this little beast ^^
otherwise nothing else for the moment
That is true

The insulated wood frame in straw is an economical solution to make liabilities:
On this subject I recommend my blog on the
