Obtaining label BBC 2005

by gaeldk » 29/08/09, 10:47

Hello,

I am building my house (in Savoie). Only the foundations are made and I still have the opportunity to influence a lot of things. But time is running out.

I discovered that on my loan I could benefit from import credit (40% interest on 7 years) if I comply with the BBC 2005 standard.

I would like to know how I can get the BBC 2005 label?

It's a house with:
- total external insulation
- green roof terrace
- solar water heater
- wood stove
- pellet boiler

Who do I contact to verify that all this allows me to reach the norm?

I am a little lost in this maze of laws and labels.

Thank you

You must go through a thermal studies office that will study your house and guide you to obtain this label.

Warning !

This is low consumption : thus in the first place of isolation and management of the passive contributions (inertia, etc ...) ...

Consuming a lot of wood or pellets is not "low consumption". We can even find ourselves facing a chasm that we fill with renewable energy, but it still does (so not "low consumption").

Perhaps...

It is the enumeration "wood stove", "pellet boiler" which made me think - perhaps wrongly - of a confusion between "green" and "BBC" ... It is energy primary consumed that counts (and not whether it is fossil or not, emitting CO² or not, etc ...)

If that was what I wrote, I apologize ... especially to Gaeldk if all that was clear to him ...
