Search HQE house repository
Hello,
I will wish to establish a HQE policy for the development of a detached house. I have already worked on a similar project but it was in the construction of a teaching building.
At certivea.fr there are several standards depending on the type of building, but I can not find the house.
Do you know the existence of this repository?

Hello,
I think that's it http://www.assohqe.org/documents_referentiels.php
I did not re-read in detail but when I was interested it was really big flan: no objective quantified, no obligation of result, no control .... A good thing that is useless not even to give it a good conscience or to be of great intellectual dishonesty.
Would be better interested in the approach bbc is not great but it has nothing.

From my point of view, the interest of the HQE approach is to erect, in a way, the backbone of the project. The hierarchization of the various targets brings a rigor and a "cleanliness" of work.
Working with the HQE approach to obtain a label is something else, I just want to have this document and use it as a structural support to help me develop the project properly.
The BBC label is interesting and besides the thermal design of the building will be done to verify the criteria of the BBC label.
Do you have documents on this label?

It is true that it would be well index in a topic exacerbation the various standards and texts obligatory or advised in the field of the ecological habitat ...
HQE, BBC, RT2010, passive house ...
Considering the thermal constraints of the RT2005, I suspect that RT and BBC standards will "merge" rather quickly ...
Because at the current rate, the RT2020 = passive house!

We must not confuse the label, the requirement and the standard. At the moment all new construction must check the RT 2005, it is possible to go further and obtain a label THPE, THPE Enr, BBC, etc ...
The idea of the RT is to push the requirements every 5 years so that what is today a label becomes tomorrow a requirement.
The idea of my project is to design a house that meets at least the BBC requirements, then there will be an optimization work to achieve a BEPAS level (passiv hauss french).
My first wish is to collect the maximum of references, texts, decrees, on the BBC label, passiv hauss or BEPAS, BEPOS, and the referential of the HQE approach for individual houses.
It's a lot of research !!!! I'm starting to find what I want but I know that on this forum there are many connoisseurs!

Just that it interests all these texts, so let's look at all!
It is Bucheron one of our BBC specialist (it is a pro of the natural insulation recently). He will certainly react!

This being said, it remains that these are quite different notions:
- HQE: it is an "approach", in other words a "checklist" of points to which attention must be paid; nothing to do with a heating standard
- RT: laws
- BBC, effinergie, passive house, etc: labels with standards in terms of energy consumption, some including the ECS, others not: some in primary energy consumed by housing others with the energy need of the building...
So it would not hurt to make a table, knowing that they are not comparable things

Of course! All these names are confusing.
As far as I'm concerned, I use the HQE approach to structure my future work, and then I find that it is a very good way to impregnate the project with an ethics and a development policy, which gives the project an identity. strong.
Regarding the labels recognized by the state, all orders related to these require verification of the RT in force in this case RT 2005.
But it is true that it would be useful to centralize all the information on the labels, the standards, the various aids obtained according to this or that approach undertaken, etc ... It is very easy to get lost and be that if the information about the various financial assistance and advisers (ADEME) were more accessible and clear that it would facilitate the evolution of the building design.
Do you have any information about the BBC label, and passiv hauss or BEPAS, or even BEPOS?
