Wooden house at 30 000 € mounted and delivered?

by Christophe » 01/09/08, 20:58

Uh, I validated an ad which seems a bit "shady" to me.

Good if € 30 is the 000st price (improved garden chalet) I want to but the 1 photos provided I can hardly believe it ...

Payroll taxes and relocation to Romania still do not work miracles if?

What do the pros think?

Should be seen, if it is not the same scheme, as that which offered cheap firewood to the Captain ...
It is often to recover an account number or an advance of costs, or transport ... and fucked up at the end.
There they try the coup with bigger, and a good price bait.

To have ?

It is not April 1, however. : Cheesy:

I thought about buying a wooden house and we are far from that price.

Well we will say that it is departure from Romania basic price without the tiles, windows, ... : Lol: . good for a do-it-yourself wooden frame house it can be played for € 30000. So maybe possible for a small living area. Must send an email; who sticks to it?

it reminds me a little of the stere of wood at 14 €, as Gégé says :D

€ 30 is the price of a frame + tiles + gutters in France

and the foundations?
and insulation?
and the floor tiles?
and the windows?
and plumbing?
and electricity?
no coverings or interior decoration?

The state is already unable to make the house at € 15 / day = € 110 over 000 years ... excluding the purchase of the land!
http://www.lemoniteur.fr/actualite/etat ... 722A40.htm
"The wooden house has its place in the device of the house at 15 euros, for its ecological aspect and its low energy cost" declared Christine Boutin.
In this way, the Minister supports the Jurassic center of excellence.

http://www.maisons-france-confort.com/f ... 15euro.php
Thanks to the PASS-FONCIER®, a special device set up by the state and the 1% housing, you actually buy in 2 steps:
1 ° - You repay the house first for 18 to 25 years,
2 ° - Then you repay the land for 10 to 15 years.

That is to say a total maximum duration of 40 years, being pointed out that the household profits at any time during the duration of the lease with construction of the faculty to exercise the option of purchase relating to the ground.
(An organization, 1% housing, buys the land for you and waits until you have finished paying for the house. It is from them that you will later reimburse the price of the land).

Where then is the price of the house in kit : Cheesy:

Well, I stuck to it:
Hello,
I apologize, but our secretary made a confusion. I am sending you the price list.
If you are interested, we are at your disposal for any other information.
I mention that the prices are negotiable, following a firm and "important" order. Regarding your question, YES, the houses are calibrated and treated.

WOODEN HOUSES OFFER
House size 50mm
Wall size
-outside 170 mm: shape of 50 mm wood + 100mm insulation + 18-20mm paneling
- interior shape of 50 mm wood
Price: 390euro / mp habitable 230euro terrace

House size 70mm
Wall size
-outside 190 mm 70 mm wood + 100mm insulation + 18-20mm paneling
- interior shape of 70 mm wood
Price: 420euro / mp habitable 230euro terrace

House size 90mm
Wall size
-outside 210 mm shape of 90 mm wood + 100mm insulation + 18-20mm paneling
- interior shape of 90 mm wood
Price: 460euro / mp habitable 230euro terrace

The offer contains:
-wood structure including the frame;
-lambris;
-padiment; (?)
- laminated beams between floors (if applicable)
- pillars laminated to terraces
-visible fittings with paneling model
- triple laminated wooden doors and windows with 24mm termopan
- 2 models shutters;
-interior staircase, if the case;
- house assembly + transport
-wood drying, full treatment

ROUND WOOD HOUSE
1. Execution "finished": 560 euro mp

CONTAINS:
- insulation + ceiling paneling;
- laminated wood joinery + termopan;
- food;

2. Execution kit: 410 euro mp

CONTAINS:

- external interior walls in round wood 150-350 mm;
- ceiling beams;
- roof beams;
- framing;
- interior staircase, if necessary;
- holes for the electrical installation;
- wood finishing and treatment.
DOES NOT CONTAIN:

- accommodation and food for the team
-insulation, installations, gres.

The padiment, I don't know what it is, "mp" I suppose it's M2, it makes a house in calibrated logs of 100 m2 in kit for 41000 € if not 56000 €; not stipulated if it is delivered or not.

Out of curiosity go take a look there if you want a chalet made in Finland, Ukraine, Lithuania, .... etc:

OK super bham for the info. In any case, they are reactive.

€ 50 is already more reasonable and we know what we have and we don't have:

CONTAINS:

- external interior walls in round wood 150-350 mm;
- ceiling beams;
- roof beams;
- framing;
- interior staircase, if necessary;
- holes for the electrical installation;
- wood finishing and treatment.
DOES NOT CONTAIN:

- accommodation and food for the team
-insulation, installations, gres.

In other words: it is a kit house without finishing or equipment and we do not know if transport is included.

In short: I have to double the price for a finished house.

gres = foundation i guess?

ps: Maloche, no price for a new house not yet built is given with the price of the land (and for good reason if we do not yet know where to build it). In Belgium it is even given HT in the ads ... and without land there are a lot of new houses less than 100 € HT ... I had found 000 € I think ....

Here is one at 106 € HT for 000m² total (price given including tax!):

But in Belgium there is no Robien law ... : Evil:

Re: Wooden house at 30 000 € uphill and delivered?

Log construction is more expensive.
When you do a MOB you can do without foundations and concrete screeds and concrete blocks. : Evil:

A friend who built his wooden house, (he has very modest incomes and works only to make sure of what to live on).
He built his house on concrete studs. This reduces the foundations to a minimum and the screeds are replaced by floors. It thus has no thermal bridge, rising damp ... The passage of technical ducts and evacuations and a laugh ...
Oh, by the way, he paid for his house in 2 years. : Mrgreen:
Who says concrete is economical ... : Evil:

Icing on the cake, when he received the quote from EDF to be connected to the network (around € 4000), he opted for independence. : Mrgreen:

For 2000 €, he bought a wind turbine, a photovoltaic panel and 2 batteries. It is heated with wood, hot water on a gas bottle. The fridge, which is often empty and turned off, can operate on 12v or gas. A small generator runs less than 1 hour per week for laundry ... : Idea:
