the biofuels concerned are the "diesters" which consume more energy than they consume but which bring in a maximum for oil companies and polluting farmers
nothing to do with crude vegetable oils of sunflower and rapeseed which they are taxed of TIPP but which hardly consume energy for their manufacture
the biofuels defended by the FNSEA and the oil companies are supposed to be subsidized for the farmers and zero-rated for the oil companies: it is therefore the taxpayers who will pay as for nuclear electricity
