Price of drinking water and volume consumed, our water bills

Small survey to analyze local disparities in water: what is the price of your water bill for what volume consumed?

We are at 3 € TTC / m3 with a consumption of 30m3 (including 13 m3 for the thermal buffer for the curious) so without counting the thermal buffer (occasional filling) for 2 people i.e. 23L / day. (uh thin it seems very little ... shit it shows that I do not wash enough !! : Cheesy: )

I'm looking for a specific invoice to see the breakdown of the invoice.

An average French household consumes between 150 and 160L of water per person distributed in this way

Hello,
Brussels, in solidarity pricing and with drastic savings in consumption, I went from last year from 111M³ to this year 25M³ average price including tax close to the calculation solidarity pricing € 2,33 per M3 (meter rental included)

Indeed it does little.

We were at 259 L / d after the last reading.

Ok and for how many people? You have divided your consumption by more than 4 !! Hat! How did you do that

Same: for how many people?
How is it possible that we consume so little?
Ok we have powerful dual flush toilets (geberit kit: cuts when you release the button if you press less than a second) but we also wash washing machine and dishwasher ... and we even used a few m3 I think for the garden last year before we installed the recuperators.

I'm starting to have a doubt about the figures there ... well so much the better ..

We are 3, it is already 3 showers / day minimum, we have one of the two toilets with double flush, the dishwasher every other day, washing machine turns quite well and there are also probably some m³ for cleaning car / sidewalk etc. ...

Consumption over a year: 26.3 m3 or 70 l / d on average and I pay attention to everything ...

So apart from if you supply toilets, washing machines and rainwater showers, I don't see how you can get by at 23 l / d !!! : Shock:

Water price:
Water subscription + Sanitation subscription + Meter rental = 30 € / year
Water + Sanitation consumption (municipal management): 1.25 € / m3
Pollution and network modernization fee (Water Agency): 0.32 € / m3

Total on 2007 interim invoice (7 m3): € 20.59 or € 2.94 / m3

I had made an estimate of consumption last year:
Washing machine: approx. 50 l
Shower: 30 to 40 l
Tableware: 5 to 10 l

For the consumers, it's a shower + dishes every day and a machine every 3 days on average ... plus the rest

Ok for the others: please report your consumption per person per day.

It will be easier and Matt at the price level it makes you how much the m3?

Ah great it's exactly the same invoice as us (except that we don't have the history) on the other hand I don't understand: you are at 26,81 / 14 = 1,92 € / m3 while we are at almost € 3 for an invoice issued by the same company?

Go get our maybe I gotta be?!?

Edit: ah I understand, there is a deposit on your invoice. Surely an overpayment from a previous invoice?

In the end the truth cost: 1,94 + 1.05 = € 2,99 including tax per m3 is exactly the same as with us!

..

Hello,
A person
I set the toilet flush to + -2L instead of 9L (average saving of 10L per day)
I have reduced garden watering to the maximum with potable water by collecting rainwater (it was my biggest water station last year)
Washing machine broken, washing outside, and given the cost, we only wash "full machine"
No "running water" dishes, always put the plugs in the sinks, hunting for small leaks and replacing all leaking gaskets etc. etc.
In short, constant attention so as not to waste any more.
