Pressure or flow drop?

Can you test the pump without water level?

How is the suction done?

Thank you for your prompt response
I did the test at the height of the pump at around 3m, the arrival of the water at the tap is done 15 seconds after we run out,
for suction the pump is at 2 meter above with a strainer and a non-return valve at the pump,

I don't really understand this ... ???

In 8 case on 10, a pumping flow problem is a badly primed pump, therefore problems with the suction: air intake, blocked strainer, HS valve ...

The 2 other cases it is the pump which is HS internally: molten turbine for example ...

may be air upstream,
because I don't use the upper floor?
or the Optima presscontrol which does not fulfill its function and starts late,
because with my old installation there is a balloon of 50litres and a contactor,
it worked correctly, the only problem is the contactor that makes too much noise from the hellish clack,
especially at night very annoying,
