Using my rainwater collector for the garden?

by tvcorp » 07/04/16, 12:47

Hello,

I bought a house already equipped with a rainwater collector bin. However currently it is useless. Can you tell me what installation is required to water a 100m² garden. pump ?

I am attaching photos of this famous bin

For a tank volume and a garden area as you specify, a watering can (two would be preferable) is more than enough. After that, it all depends on what you plan to grow in your garden ... don't forget that mulching considerably reduces the need for water.

Thank you for your return . Water the garden with a watering can? Isn't it special? I had rather imagined a kind of fairly simple rotary jet system.

Sprinkling wastes a lot of water, since a good part evaporates without benefit for the plants. What do you want to grow?

The crack in the wall may have come from there :(
