Plug switch on surface pump

by IDIMA » 14/05/15, 16:50

Hello,
I would like to connect an on / off switch for my surface pump (AGA 150 single phase 1 KW) which I use to water my garden.
Do I have to put a bi-polar, a unipolar or another configuration? I don't want press control.
I planned to protect the pump with a 10 A circuit breaker.
Thanks for your advices.

Hi, personally I cut the wire and placed a domestic waterproof inter on the phase, that's all. 1000 w is not much. you divide by 220 and that gives you the amperage of the fuse to put.

I vote for the writing of concrete post and practicality.
Down the talkers and ceiling fans!
